Wonder.

A tiny little house is located right at the border of Fairytale Forest. In it lives a giant who keeps the spirit of Wonderland alive.

Today he invited our adventurer over for a cup of tea and a story or two. As he is about to knock on the door,  the giant swings it open and our hero falls forward into his arms.

“You are here already.” he says. “Excuse me, I was expecting a very important delivery today. I feel it in my little toe that something is not right.” “What happened?” the traveller replied.

The giant pours some tea and starts his story. After finding out that the sketches well is drying up our hero steps up and suggests that he will try his best at providing some of his own.

The Steps.

Here is my story:

Open Keynote and start a blank template.

Make sure to delete all the remaining text boxes. You want a blank canvas for this one.

Tap on the screen with your Apple pencil and let your imagination do the rest.

TIP: You might want to import either shapes or images and trace these to have a starting point.

Once you are done, share your result as images to the Photo Library.

Tap on the three dots at the upper right hand corner and tap on Export.

Select images.

Going Further.

Submit your sketches to the park owner and maybe one of them will make it to Wonderland in the future.

This is one of the activities that educators can participate in during The Playground at FETC and TCEA.

If you are inspired to try this yourself, have a look at the resources I used:
