In The Shadows.

This morning the sunlight illuminated a piece of LEGO that was left on my desk. As I came closer, I squinted my eyes just a little to see a lighthouse reveal itself in the shadows.

This made me think of a 2006 LEGO campaign know as “Imagination.” In this campaign you take a basic shape and use your imagination to turn it into anything you can come up with.

For me Shapes + Imagination = Keynote

Use basic shapes to say "Imagination" without saying it.

The Steps.

Here is my story:

Open Keynote and start from a blank new template.

Next tap on the plus sign at the upper right hand corner and add a basic shape from the Shape Library.

Select the shape and style it accordingly by tapping on the paintbrush.

Tap on the plus sign at the upper right hand corner again and add the shape you see in the basic shape.

Select the object and bring the opacity down by tapping on the paintbrush.

TIP: Rotate the object to give the audience an idea where the light is coming from.

Share your end result.

Going Further.

Add drawings to make the shadow even more realistic and take your imagination to the next level.
