Drumroll Please.
The festivities are coming closer and our Creatives are still looking for a drum band. Someone who can lay down a simple pattern that the crowds can repeat.
Pick up your drumsticks and join!
The Beat Sequencer is a great assistant to lay down that beat for your project.

The Steps.
Here is my story:
Open GarageBand and start a new instruments project.
Scroll to the drums and tap on Beat Sequencer.
Tap on the cells and play your tune. Listen to the tempo and sound.
Start playing around with your beat. tap on the drum kits, velocity or note repeat.
Keep editing your drum pattern till you are satisfied with the end result.
Once you are done, record your track.
Finally share your result.
Going Further.
Take your project a step further by adding additional instruments to your drumbeats.
This is one of the activities that educators can participate in during The Playground at ISTE.
If you are inspired to try this yourself, have a look at the resources I used:
Have fun!
